Every hour together is a chance to love better

Couples Therapy Investment

Couples therapy is a meaningful investment — in your relationship, your family, and your future capacity to love well.

The relationship you build in therapy — with your partner, and with yourself — is the return on the investment.

This work asks for time, intention, and care — because lasting change deserves it.

The cost reflects the depth of the work —
the structure, skill, and consistent space required for real, lasting change. You’re not paying for talk; you’re investing in a process that helps you step out of old patterns and move toward each other differently.

Couples Therapy (60 minutes): $300
Extended Sessions (90 minutes): $450

Sessions are typically held weekly to build momentum and support meaningful change. Extended sessions may be recommended when we want to slow the work down, deepen emotional processing, or maintain continuity during more complex or high-impact conversations.

This is protected time for repair, reconnection, and meaningful shift.

Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are billed at the full fee, except in emergencies.

This is the hour where your relationship begins to move forward in a new way.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Your work belongs in the room — not in paperwork.

I don’t bill insurance directly, and I’m not accepting new insurance-based clients.

If you have out-of-network benefits (often PPO plans), your insurance may reimburse part of your session fee. I’ll provide a monthly superbill you can submit directly to your provider.

Many clients choose to submit these independently through their insurance.

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, confirm with your insurer that telehealth couples therapy is eligible. Reimbursement depends on your specific policy — some plans don’t cover telehealth, couples work, or out-of-network services. Submitting claims shares limited clinical information (diagnosis code and session dates) with your insurer. Many couples choose to self-pay to keep their therapy fully private.

A Note about Reimbursement

You are worth the investment.

Let’s get started.

Because change is possible.
